Manual Registration
We recommend registering by scanning the QR code - it's faster and avoids typos. But if you can't scan it (no second device to hand, or the camera won't read the code), you can register manually using the Clock ID.
On the screen showing the registration QR code, look just below it for the Clock ID. You'll type this into another device in the next step.
On any device with internet access, go to app.jetclock.io/register.
- Type in the Clock ID exactly as shown on your JetClock screen
- Enter your JetClock license key (format
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, example: 578D-6932-91D1-46BB-AD54) - Follow the on-screen instructions to complete registration - your JetClock will configure itself automatically
Don't have your license key to hand? Find it in the Polar customer portal, signing in with the email address you used at checkout.
Manual registration is more prone to typing errors. Double-check that you've entered the Clock ID exactly as shown - QR scanning is smoother whenever it's possible.
