This policy covers all JetClock products - our physical hardware (JetClock Desk and Zero) and our digital app (JetClock Air).
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your JetClock for a full refund.
The product needs to be in its original condition and packaging. You'll need to cover the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
Once we receive your return, we'll issue a full refund within 5 working days.
If your JetClock arrives faulty, we'll sort it out immediately.
You can choose between a full refund or a replacement - whatever works best for you. We'll cover all return shipping costs for faulty products.
Some older firmware versions caused excessive SD card wear. If your unit develops an SD card fault from this issue, we'll send you a replacement SD card free of charge.
No need to return the whole unit - just get in touch and we'll post a new card straight away.
You have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
JetClock Air is a one-time purchase Android app delivered as an APK download. Because it's a digital download, we can't offer refunds once the APK has been downloaded and the licence activated.
