Having trouble registering your JetClock? This guide will help you resolve common registration issues.


QR Code Issues

Check QR Code Display

Ensure your JetClock is displaying a QR code on the screen, not a clock face. If you see a clock face, the device may already be registered.

The QR code should be clearly visible and not blurry or distorted. If the display is unclear, try viewing it from different angles.

Verify QR Code Scanner

Make sure you're using a reliable QR code scanner. Try using:

  • Your phone's built-in camera app
  • A dedicated QR code scanner app
  • Different devices if available

Make sure you're scanning the QR code from your JetClock screen, not from a printed manual or website.

Check Screen Brightness

If the QR code is hard to read, try adjusting the viewing angle or lighting. The screen should be clearly visible and not washed out.


Purchase Email Issues

Verify Purchase Email

Double-check that you're entering the exact email address used when purchasing your JetClock. This is case-sensitive.

For JetClock Air: You'll need to enter both your email address and the license key that was emailed to you after purchase. Check your purchase confirmation email for your unique license key.

Check your purchase confirmation email to confirm the email address used during checkout. JetClock Air users will find their license key in the same email.

Check Email Format

Ensure the email address is properly formatted (e.g., [email protected]) and doesn't have extra spaces or characters.

If you used a different email address for the purchase, try that instead. Common alternatives include:

  • Work email vs personal email

Manual Registration Issues

Find Your Clock ID

If QR code scanning isn't working, look for the clock ID displayed below the QR code on your JetClock screen.

The clock ID is a unique identifier that looks like a series of letters and numbers.

Use Manual Registration

Go to app.jetclock.io/register and enter:

  • Your clock ID (from the screen) - for Desk/Zero models
  • The purchase email address
  • Your license key (for JetClock Air - found in your purchase email)
  • Your account details

Make sure you're entering the clock ID exactly as shown on the screen, including any special characters or formatting.


Account Issues

If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one during registration. Use a valid email address that you can access.
