Setting up JetClock X
Once you've subscribed, JetClock X unlocks new experiments on your clock. How your clock gets the update depends on which JetClock you have - pick yours below.

Find your JetClock X benefits
Your subscription is managed in the Polar customer portal - that's where the JetClock X image (for Desk) lives.
Go to the Polar customer portal. You can also reach it from the JetClock app at app.jetclock.io/x → Manage subscription.
Enter the email you subscribed with. Polar sends a one-time code to that address - paste it in to log in. There's no separate password to remember.
Select your active JetClock X subscription. Your benefits - including the image download - are listed here.
Use the same email you paid with. If you can't find the portal email, check your spam folder, or contact us and we'll point you to the right address.
Try experiments
JetClock X features arrive as themed releases - Navigation is Nº 01. You turn them on the same place you change any other setting: the JetClock app at app.jetclock.io. There's no separate JetClock X portal, and nothing to switch on from the clock itself.
Sign in at app.jetclock.io with your JetClock account, and select the clock you want to change.
Open Customise and find the Glances section - JetClock X features are marked with the X.
Switch on the glances you'd like - maps, aircraft and weather - and set auto-rotation if you want your clock to cycle through them. Your clock picks the change up over the air.

Sign in to the JetClock app with your JetClock account, not the Polar portal login. Polar is only for billing, your subscription benefits and the Desk image download.
Experiments are exactly that - experimental. Some will graduate to every JetClock, some won't. Your feedback helps decide.

Your subscription includes dedicated support. Email [email protected] and your message goes straight to the X team - use it for anything JetClock X, from setup and flashing to feedback on an experiment.
Email from the address you subscribed with, and tell us which clock you're on (Desk, Zero or Air) - it gets you a useful answer faster.
